I've been eying that new Battlefield game. I was reduced to either tethering my cell phone or using my girlfriends smartphone for about 2 months. I am just glad to be back on the REAL internet. 23 inch monitors are far greater at viewing the web than 3.7 inch phone screens.
But yes, the new Battlefield might be a purchase in the near future. I'm going to play a little TF2 and one of these bad free MMOs so that I can get used to my new keyboard, too.

I pay 62.95 for this. I get the choice of 12 down / 2 up, 16 down / 2 up, 22 down / 5 up and 50 down / 10 up. The 50 / 10 package is 99.95. While I can't see myself needing that much bandwidth, I've considered it for maybe over the summer. Comcast has their fucking retarded power boost as well. I have the third tier (22 / 5) and they claim it can get to 30 down and 7 up when power boost kicks in. I don't really bank on that and since I live in the city the speeds are little weaker than what they were out in a more rural area.
You can totes rent a room from me. =P

The minimum package here, which isn't even listed on the "tiered plans", is 6 down and 1 up. It doesn't have any magic PowerBoost either. It's also 24.99 a month.
